Universal Wiping Rags LLC is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team works to fulfill it within the same business day or the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment or pickup.
Local Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse at 9135 Wallisville Rd Suite C, Houston TX 77029 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST. Local pickup is always free of charge.

For customers within 35 miles of our Houston warehouse, we offer local delivery through Roadie, a UPS company. Roadie is a trusted crowdsourced delivery network that connects local drivers with businesses to provide fast, reliable, and trackable same day or next day deliveries. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our warehouse and the weight of your order.
